For any of you out there that know anything about my babies, you know that none of them have ever liked binkies. Well, being the never learn from past experience type that I am, I decided to try it one more time. I have now purchased three different types thinking one of them would work. Well, they didn't......Until yesterday. We were at Disneyland and Paige kept sucking on her fingers constantly. I knew it wasn't a sign of hunger since I had just fed her. I remembered I just happened to have a binkie in my bag. I stuck it in and she suddenly loved it. Imagine my surprise. It saved our bacon on our long three hour drive home. I'm not sure if this is a phase, or if it will really stick. Guess we'll just have to wait and see. Oh yea, the winner is binkie number two.

Crazy birds
I'm sitting here reading blogs and there is a robin that keeps flying into my window. What's up with that?

Kids say the darndest things
So at Costco today I heard something cute. A mom with two little kids and a cart full of stuff was at the bread section looking at bread. The little girl who was about 2 or 3 dropped one of her fishy crackers. She asked her mom to pick it up so she could eat it. The mom said, " Oh, you can't eat it now, it's all dirty from falling on the floor. The little girl replied, "Well just wash it off then." How cute that she didn't realize that by washing it, it would no longer exist. Of course, my thinking was just to give it to her. I've done it before. Ten second rule, right? I know that is totally gross.
Random thinking
Ok, so I decided to play with my blog. I had no idea you could do so much. (Not that I changed much, but hey, I don't like change.) It just goes to show that one (me) should not be afraid to go out of your comfort zone and try something new. I thought if I played around I might delete something, or totally mess it up. Hmmm........maybe I'll start being more creative with other things. Or maybe not. Let's not get too crazy. One thing at a time.
